We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies
  • Manage performance evaluation and employee development programs
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
  • Manage the HR budget and resources

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
  • Experience in HR budget management and resource allocation
