·Assisting the team in keeping checks and controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
· Working closely with visual display staff and department head to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales.
· Assist in planning and standardizing product displays for retail outlets all over Pakistan. Create thematic window displays for shoes and bags, design and construct props for display and visual merchandising.
· Actively participate in any project related to retail outlets. E.g. analyzing strengths and weaknesses of any particular shop.
· Be in constant contact with the sales staff, discussing their reservations about product/Visual Merchandising/stock position, getting their feedback and accordingly reporting to the line manager.
· Prepare product knowledge presentation.
· Trend analysis (product wise). Assisting in making mood boards.
· Educate the sales team on the Visual Merchandising, product knowledge and sales pitch. Also assist in making the relevant presentations. Keeping check as to how the branch heads are training the front line.
·Analyze product strength and weakness as per market and competition and make reports.
·Assist in dealing with consignments, quality issues and timely drop distribution.
·Conduct regular analyzes market, consumer (likes and dislikes and target market) and competitive information with regards to pricing, displays and product.
·Gathering information on customers' reactions to products and managing customer relationships.
·Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance (product wise).
·Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors or styles) and making reports.
·Analyzing the reason on lack of sales in certain branches and plan how to boost them.
·Observation and follow-ups on Visual Merchandising.
· Follow up and ensure product movements with the team.
·Reviewing the customers complains and taking decisions according.
·Coordinate and plan shoots for campaigns/ instagram / Facebook.
·Concepts for compare and coordination with the model wearable, Photographer, and styling
·Designing artwork and videos.
·Organizing and actively taking part in all the photo shoots.
·Taking part in the brain storming sessions for marketing ideas.
