- Setting up and maintaining the District Project Office
- Ensuring logistics, transport and procurements for the project in line with directions from Head Office
- Facilitating staff recruitment process with complete documentation
- Managing district based staff attendance and payroll
- Sharing reports to concerned department of Head Office and incorporating feedback
- Coordinate with relevant departments from Head Office and follow instructions as per HDF's policy and regulation
- Any other task assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- MBA HR/ Marketing or Masters in Social Sciences with at 2-3 years experience of working as HR and Admn officer preferably with NGOs
