Position Objective:
Construction of civil structures is an important component of HDF’s programs, which includes buildings of schools, community health centers, water filtration plants, reverse osmosis filtration plants, check dams, delay action dams, houses, toilets and water ponds.
The Civil Engineer has an overall responsibility to execute construction of civil works, ensure quality and compliance to standard designs, plan and implement projects according to budgets and timelines, draw and finalize drawings and work as focal person for selection of contractors. Reporting to General Manager Program, the Civil Engineer will be responsible for frequent site visits, reporting as well as budgeting of projects.

Minimum Requirement
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University. Active member – Pakistan Engineering Council.
Experience:
Three to five years’ experience of planning, coordination, management and supervision of all onsite construction related activities while taking in to account technical feasibility studies including site investigations, raw materials, developing analyzing data (maps, reports, tests drawings and others) using Auto CAD and range of computer software for civil work projects. Hands on knowledge about supply chain resource for construction materials.
