Position Description: HDF has signed an outreach partnership with a private sector microfinance bank to increase farmer’s access to finance. Under the partnership, HDF will identify and mobilize farmers/clients for availing financing facility. The Social Organizer is responsible to develop and implement sales strategy in his/her respective branch in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Situation analysis of house hold localities keeping in view of the economic condition of family.

2.    Identification of new clients.

3.    Social appraisals of the clients.

4.    Competency assessment of prospective clients regarding loan utilization.

5.   Assist Clients in loan utilization.

6.    Maintain record of loan disbursement.

7.   Liaison development of clients with Partner.

8.   Facilitation for the technical appraisal. 

9.  Achievement of specific lending targets during each month.

10.  Building a good rapport with clients.

11.  Assist Area Manager in preparation of periodic reports.

12.  Constantly examine and develop methods of increasing market penetration introducing financial products.

13.  Recommending ways to effectively and efficiently provide products and services to our clients to ensure customer satisfaction

 Minimum Requirement

Qualification:  Intermediate/ Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Experience in Microfinance will be preferred
