This remote HR internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic EdTech environment. The role involves a commitment of four hours daily, Monday through Saturday, within the hours of 9 AM to 4 PM PKT, over a four-month period. While this is an unpaid internship, participants will develop essential HR skills by working remotely alongside a professional team, enhancing their understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting internship and job openings across relevant platforms.
- Support the screening of applications and help coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and organize HR documents, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by communicating with new hires and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with team members to respond promptly to HR-related queries and support internal communications.
- Participate actively in HR planning activities and contribute to the development of internal HR initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail, for daily tasks and documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Good organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop to support remote work requirements.
