Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants. Support onboarding activities and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
HR Administration & Documentation: Maintain and update personnel files and HR records. Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in data entry, whether through ERP systems or manual filing.
Attendance & Leave Management: Help monitor attendance and leave records, and assist in compiling monthly attendance reports to ensure accurate tracking.
Training & Development: Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and HR awareness events. Maintain training records and collect feedback to assess the effectiveness of these initiatives.
HR Compliance & Policy Support: Support the implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures. Assist in ensuring compliance with organizational HR standards and labor laws.
Employee Engagement: Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events. Gather employee feedback and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace morale.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. The ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism is critical.
