Job Description

HRE – Human Resources Exigence Require CSA for one of its client located at Gujranwala

The incumbent will be responsible for

  • The CSA is required to answer the customer's queries through emails and live chat on the websites and other social networks.
  • The Candidate must have a good grip on English writing.
  • Must know MS Office (word, excel, ppt etc)
  • Must be computer and internet friendly
  • Can do Multitasking
  • Above average IQ level
  • Minimum A levels or above qualification
  • Sometimes the CSA will need to stay for long hours due to online workshop support.

An overtime payment will be made for this.
