HRE – Human Resources Exigence Require Live Chat Representative/CSR for their Client located at Karachi For Night Shift (6pm - 3am)
Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Required to answer the customer's queries through emails and live chat on the websites and other social networks.
- The CSA must have a good grip on English writing.
- Must know MS Office (word, excel, ppt etc)
- Must be computer and internet friendly
- Can do Multitasking
- Above average IQ level
