HRE – Human Resources Exigence Require Research Analyst For Its Client Side

Incumbent will be responsible for:

Determines research concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studies various market niches attends strategy meetings
Meets research deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing research status information to review meetings
Gathers research information by identifying sources of information; identifying and communicating risks associated with the opportunities
Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding; coordinating productions team
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Communication (both verbal and written) should be a high-scoring metric for this position
Should be well versed with the niche markets, and have a strong understanding of end-to-end Proposal Management Life Cycle
Technically strong enough to understand the Technical jargon related to various technologies
Display high-standards in preparation of Presentations, Graphics, Methodologies, Approaches
Ensure achieving all your KPIs and your team’s KPIs where necessary
Assist with the development of new processes, procedures and solutions for the business requirements
Any other task assigned by the line manager
