• Support in updating HR databases e.g payroll, leave tracker. Coordinating with Insurance company for timely reimbursement of health insurance claims.
  • Support in providing salary slips to all staff.
  • Assist in Screening potential employee resumes and application’s to identify suitable candidates to fill the job vacancies.
  • Participate in organizing interviews by scheduling the interview for the shortlisted candidates.
  • Support in reference checking of staff members.     
  • Coordinate with different departments in collection of change in payroll documents.
  • Assist in planning of new hire orientations.
  • Archiving of HR documents in the relevant personnel files, scanning documents for soft record.
  • Coordination with finance department for routine tasks.
  • Coordinating new hire orientations.
  • Follow up with venders & logistics department for preparation of employee ID cards.
