- Proven relevant experience of 2-4 years.
- Experience must include operational matters of services industry.
- Well versed with federal and provincial legal and regulatory requirements related to Tax, Audit, Finance & Accounts.
- Ensure correct charging of sales tax on invoices being sent, ensuring correct WHT is deducted by clients and keeping track of WHT deducted for claim / adjustment.
- Accurately preparing and filing tax challans & returns in a timely manner.
- Responsible to create Income Tax & Sales tax reconciliation
- Developing tax strategies to assist organization in being tax-compliant.
- Informing management and staff of developments in tax legislation.
- Assist the team in complying with any tax notices received from taxation authorities.
- To maintain complete record of tax related transactions including sales tax, WHT, advance tax, in both soft and hard forms.
- Building and maintaining relationships with all taxation bodies
- Assisting procurement team with any purchases while ensuring taxation compliances.
- SECP, FBR, Chamber of Commerce, Provincial taxation authorities compliance including periodic filings / Any other time to time requirement
