As a CSR, your role will be to reach out to all these trial customers and help them with the onboarding process as well as product understanding. We’re seeking driven, results-oriented innovators who are ready to change the game!  

Requirements:  

  • Strong desire to be in SAAS sales with strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts.
  • You have Phone-Based Sales Experience in USA market.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest.
  • You are familiar with software & IT industry and love selling the cloud-based software.
  • You are familiar with Sales CRM and Google products.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 1-year sales experience in business to business SMB software sales.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have experience working with sales teams that sell to North American customers.
  • Must have working knowledge of modern call center toolstack (Salesforce, Intercom, Zendesk, Sales Chat, etc.)
