We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. This position is suitable for both fresh graduates and individuals with some experience in HR. The primary responsibility of the HR Officer will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data, with a particular focus on using basic Excel skills to manage and analyze information efficiently. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment details, and training records.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting regular audits and making necessary corrections.
  • Manage and organize employee files, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data using basic Excel functions, such as sorting, filtering, and creating simple formulas.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with the completion of HR forms.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other general HR-related questions.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of sorting, filtering, and creating simple formulas.
  • Strong attention to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and employment laws is a plus.
