The individual will be responsible for:

  • Mapping customer journey on the basis of customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Making trust relationships with all assigned corporate accounts and acting as a functional advisor to customers for the company.
  • Forecast management of disconnections, rebates & wavier and help support to reduce the maximum churn through retention.
  • Meet customers to initiate service improvement plans internally for better service quality level & business growth.
  • Identify opportunities leveraging existing and new channels while ensuring complete alignment of internal teams for business growth & enhancement of customer experience.

Job Specification: 

  • Minimum Bachelors in Business/Engineering.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in the relevant industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • The basic idea of networks and IT technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
