Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support to calling client on their issues.
  • Update client records in the system, including notes about interactions.
  • Create and maintain reports about client interactions
  • Providing guidance about resources available for their facilitation.

Requirements:

  • Preferably female graduates with 2-3 years of experience of contact centers having excellent communication and computer skills, preferably multilingual with command on regional languages and comfortable working in day/night shifts are required.
  • Experience in the health care industry and acquaintance with technology-related platforms/call centers is essential
