The individual will be responsible for:
- Monitoring & maintaining Data Center IT & Power Network as per standards.
- Monitoring & managing day-to-day operations of Datacenters.
- Ensuring that Data Center SOPs are followed in day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being followed accordingly.
- Worked with support ticketing systems, managing assigned tickets and providing appropriate follow-up, resolving with meeting service catalog guidelines.
- Manage and maintain all Data Center documentation.
Specifications
- BS Electrical/Electronics Engineer
- Fresh or 1+ Year experience in Tier-II/Tier-III data center operations
- Experience with Emerson/Vertiv, Eaton & APC UPS, PDU, and environmental control hardware (HVAC units) will be preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills to deal with domestic & International clients.
- Must be willing to work in rotating shifts.
