The individual will be responsible for:
- Monitoring & maintaining Data Center IT & Power Network as per standards.
- Monitoring & managing day-to-day operations of Datacenters.
- Ensuring that Data Center SOPs are followed in day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being followed accordingly.
- Work with support ticketing systems, managing assigned tickets and providing appropriate follow-up, resolving with meeting service catalog guidelines.
- Manage and maintain all Data Center documentation.
