Responsibilities and Duties:
- In-depth experience in application development, implementation, and maintenance of Business Applications.
- Must have end-to-end Business Apps implementation experience, preferably Oracle Apps, and have good knowledge of Oracle Standards, Table Structure, and data flow.
- Manage the overall project lifecycle, including risk management, quality assurance, and project documentation.
- An understanding of Business Application functions processes and technology.
- Knowing how to implement business requirements into solutions.
- Lead in Designing and developing solutions for critical business processes (Finance, Supply chain, HR, Projects, EPBCS, etc.) & Business Intelligence analytical reports.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Expertise in creating interfaces through API's and data loading.
- Participate in product development, testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Train users on system changes and enhancements.
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required.
Requirements: (Education & Experience)
- MCS/BCS/ACCA/MBA
- At least 2 full implementations experience as a techno-functional consultant in relevant Oracle fusion modules with respect to implementation/upgrade/Support projects.
- Good Techno Functional knowledge in all Oracle ERP cloud specific to the task functional modules.
- Knowledge of ERP table structures
- Must have hands-on PL/SQL
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments while meeting project timelines.
- Experience in documenting the requirement documents, business process workflows, data requirement documents, technical documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
