Responsibilities and Duties:
- 24x7 proactive Network Surveillance.
- Issuing Trouble Ticket.
- 1st Level Troubleshooting of Network/services (IP/SDH/DWDM).
- Network incident reporting, escalation and resolution.
- Coordination, Troubleshooting, testing with an International partners for Upstream and cross border connectivity.
- Assisting internal team for network related faults and rectifications.
- Network/services reports generation circulation.
Required Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree (BS/BE in Telecommunication/Electrical/Electronic) from HEC recognized university.
