Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure efficient processing of payroll transactions
- Collect, calculate, and enter data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages with its reporting.
- Determine payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer's social security, unemployment, and workers’ compensation payments
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations as per policies and procedures
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reports when required
- Understanding of Tax laws and Accounting Standards
Specifications:
- MBA majoring in Finance from an HEC recognized university.
- 2 to the 3-year experience of relevant experience
- Excellent MS office and reporting skills
- Females are encouraged to apply
