Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality support to staff in the office such as Mac/OS, Linux OS, Windows, printers, basic networking issues, VoIP, remote access, internal web applications, and mobile devices
- Assist staff and guests with phone, video, and video conferencing equipment
- Use excellent customer service skills and ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of trouble tickets as you grow your knowledge of help desk procedures and services.
- Asset management (computers, monitors, other hardware, software licenses)
- Experience with Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN / WiFi)
- Expertise in computer hardware knowledge and troubleshooting is mandatory
Job Specifications:
- BS/BCS/BE in computer engineering/science or relatable IT graduate
- CCNA/ MCSE Certifications are preferable
- 1 – 3 years of experience in IT support preferably
- Good understanding of IT support and services.
