Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality support to staff in the office such as Mac/OS, Linux OS, Windows, printers, basic networking issues, VoIP, remote access, internal web applications, and mobile devices
  • Assist staff and guests with phone, video, and video conferencing equipment
  • Use excellent customer service skills and ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of trouble tickets as you grow your knowledge of help desk procedures and services.
  • Asset management (computers, monitors, other hardware, software licenses)
  • Experience with Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN / WiFi)
  • Expertise in computer hardware knowledge and troubleshooting is mandatory

Job Specifications:

  • BS/BCS/BE in computer engineering/science or relatable IT graduate
  • CCNA/ MCSE Certifications are preferable
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in IT support preferably
  • Good understanding of IT support and services.
