Hurak is a leading EdTech company that provides online and classroom-based training solutions for clients in the UK. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, execute and evaluate marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Able to take data-driven decisions
- Experienced in paid advertising on Google, Facebook and other social media platforms
- 2+ years of digital marketing, influencer marketing, growth marketing or marketing automation experience
- Must have SEO (Search Engine Optimization) knowledge and knowledge of Google Tools for Digital Marketing Strategies
- Very good English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Education: Bachelor/Masters in Marketing, Media or Communication
- Ambitious with a focus on personal development
- Able to lead projects with a high level of autonomy
- Strong time management skills, self-disciplined, highly organized and proactive
Primary Responsibilities
- Post and manage ads pertaining to the organisational activities on social platforms.
- In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be analytical and good with numbers.
- Work with teams within the organisation to identify which content resonates with our audience segments to develop customised targeting messaging.
- Identify new digital marketing trends that affect our industry and ensure that the organisation is in front of industry developments.
- Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the Organisation’s recognition in the Industry and creatively conceptualise advertising material tailored as per needs.
- Edit and post content on online forums and promote the company’s services in the digital space.
- Produce analysis, insights, and visibility on performance, reporting on growth KPIs to key stakeholders.
