Summary of employer:
Hurak is a UK based company with a branch in Lahore, Pakistan. We are looking for a full-time front-end developer to work from our office in Lahore. Successful candidates will have a minimum of two years’ experience with the skills listed below.
Your primary focus will be the development of front-end modules in frontend frameworks like Bootstrap 4, VueJs.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 11:00 – 20:30 (including 45 minutes unpaid rest break)
Usual workdays: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities and Duties
- Developing and redesigning applications frontend in Bootstrap 4
- Develop responsive UIs for Desktop, Tablet, and Phone
- Create high-performance UI on mobile and desktop * Coding tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Write and debug code that will work across different browser
- Convert PSD to HTML
The successful candidate should:
- have a minimum of 2 years of experience in frontend development of websites and apps
- have BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field
- have experience in Bootstrap 4, or ReactJs, AngularJs, Vuejs framework
- have a proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 - have good HTML5, CSS3, knowledge
- have proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- know how to use one or more of the following: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma
- have a proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- have a good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them
Useful to have:
- knowledge in backend programming languages (PHP) and frameworks such as Laravel
- Knowledge of databases like MySQL
