Hurak Educations Services is a training provider offering adult education in the following sectors; health and safety, security, first aid, food safety and teaching with multiple centres all over the United Kingdom.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 12:00 – 21:30 (including 45 minutes lunch break)
Usual workdays: 5 days a week (6 days a week for first month only)
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 PKR

Responsibilities and Duties
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed, Jobee
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions)
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Compose job offer letters
- Onboarding new employees
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues
- Manage Holiday records
- Collecting and maintaining attendance records for payroll and disciplinary requirements
- Updating and maintaining employee records
- Preparing correspondence for all internal HR related issues such as disciplinary action, staff appraisals etc
- Keeping confidential personal information about employees
- Providing personal assistance to the directors

Bachelors in Business related degree preferably in Human Resources Management
2-3 years experience as a HR Manager
Experience in IT industry (preferred)
