Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above (HR, Business Administration, Marketing).
2. Sales experience work is required, Experience in HR & administrative is a plus.
3. Experience in solar, energy storage, inverters, or electrical products is an advantage.
4. Good communication skills and team spirit.
5. Proficient in MS Office.
6. Fast learner, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
（ This position role involves CRM/pipeline reporting, sales process coordination, operations workflow ownership, and some HR & admin work and there is no field sales/customer follow-up.）
- Strategic Promotion
Promote renewable energy products and align sales activities with market objectives. - Lead & CRM Management
Manage the sales funnel, maintain CRM database integrity, and streamline quotations/ sales documentation. - Operational Coordination
Synchronize communication between sales, office, and clients to ensure seamless workflows. - Business Support
Provide data-driven insights and execute other tasks assigned by department leadership in a timely manner according to business needs.
