Job intro:
We are looking for a gaming enthusiast with crypto industry experience who is interested in joining us in a Community Manager role for an upcoming Gaming Guild working with the top AAA games in the metaverse space.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Help establish community building strategy and calendar
- Day to day communication with the Guild community (on Discord), you will be our no.1 ambassador
- Implement different client’s games content calendar (plan Discord campaigns, quizzes, challenges, gamified community engagement strategies, launch marketing)
- Coordinate with our campaigns and creative teams for assets used for content
- Be present to answer community questions about the games. Do your research on every new game that becomes a part of our Guild
- Work directly with the Country Manager to help draft weekly reports on client campaigns engagement, growth and performance in the guild
Requirements:
- You have a strong knowledge of the Pakistan crypto market
- 1+ years of experience in community management, background from a gaming company is prefered
- Experience with managing or participating in crypto communities is preferred
- Experience in building and managing Discord gaming communities is preferred
- Very organized, great time management skills, and attention to detail
- Native Urdu speaker, fluent English language: written and spoken
- You enjoy playing games and use Discord on a daily basis
- You love talking to people and researching about new and interesting gaming projects
- You have a positive mindset and can-do attitude; you can handle “toxic” community members and stress-resistance in general
