Hyperdata Computing is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst with experience in Agile software development. This role requires good interpersonal skills for working with the Product manager, business sponsors, project managers, content editors and application developers. The candidate will work with our cross functional teams to analyze functional requirements and convert them into detailed stories that would be used by the software development team
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or MBA (MIS)
•Minimum 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Agile product owner or equivalent experience
•Experience working on an offshore team with a software development and testing team.
•Ability to create detailed user stories that conform to UX standards based on business and functional requirements.
•Ability to interface with internal and external customers of varying technical abilities
•Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
•Excellent communication skills with positive energy
•Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision as part of a globally distributed team
•Proven ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, product lines, roles and geographical and time zone boundaries
•Excellent oral/written communication & listening skills will be necessary to present information, analysis & recommendations to all levels of employees, including management, and customers
•High degree of organization to manage & maintain project plans, road maps & provide accurate updates as part of the review cycle
•Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
