The Accounting Manager will plan and direct the accounting activities of the department. A knowledgeable accounting manager who can lead and motivate accounting staff members and increase department accuracy and efficiency
Must have 5 to 10 years of working experience, excellent knowledge of Accounting, Imports and Tax regulations and procedures, especially from services industries.
Qualification: BBA / Masters in Finance / ICMA / ACCA qualified.

Job description
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, Imports, Sales taxes and Income tax returns.
- Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
- Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
- Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
- Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
