PositionLubricant - Territory Sales Officer – (TSO)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oil/Lubricant Market Knowledge is essential for this position.
  • Managing organizational lubricant sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product.
  • It's an outdoor job most of his time will be spent in the Field/Market.


Minimum Bachelors’ degree (BA / B.COM / BSC) & etc. (In some cases if the candidate has an exceptional track record, then the educational requirement can be flexible).


At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in an FMCG Company of good repute, in a capacity of similar responsibility and dimensions. Should have demonstrated track record of achievement and effective management of a sales team.

Location: Multan.

Salary & Commission: Market competitive.
