We are looking for FRESH and EXPERIENCED candidates for the position of Customer Sales Representative/Sales Closer/Senior Sales Closers. You'll be responsible for:
- Attending Incoming Calls/Emails/Live Web Chats From Existing & New Customers.
- Converting Inbound Queries Into Sales from Our Website & Social Media
- Confirming Online Orders From Website.
- Establishing Good Communication with Customers.
Specification:
- Excellent English Grammar
- Ability to work a NIGHT SHIFT.
- Spelling and Punctuation.
- Command on US/Canadian Accent
- Hard working
- Self-motivated
- Ability to understand, analyze and solve problems
- Candidate must be Vibrant / Energetic /Enthusiastic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable whether communicating by email, chat or by phone.
- Ability to multi task.
- Experience in providing customer support through chat
CSR with Academic writing experience will be given preference.
