ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handles E2E Technical & Commercials- Active & Passive, Front office, Back office (resource planning and costing).
Conducts RFP study and Technical Queries submissions to client.
Makes sure to know all Risk factor of Tender documents.
Prepares technical and commercial proposal as per demand of client BOQ.
Maintains correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
Communicates and presents information to stakeholders regarding contracts.
Monitors contracts and moves forward with close-out, extension or renewal.
Makes sure all O&M Contracts E2E records are maintained.
Providing quick responses to bids, proposals and contract negotiations.
Conducts markets analysis and conducts company strategies.

IMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports any hazards or risks in addition to accidents/incident to QHSE department.
Be aware of and complies to i engineering’s IMS Policy.
Abides by i engineering’s local legal and client requirements.
Attends and engages in IMS awareness sessions.
Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

7-10 Years of relative work experience in Telecom sector.
Excellent presentation & Interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
