Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that escalations are According to the Defined OLA.
  • Creates network/Team performance reports and analysis on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
  • Sharing PM, CM, Fuel Analysis Report on daily, weekly and Monthly frequency.
  • GNOC Performance Report on daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
  • Periodic Sittings with team for improvements, Efficiency.
  • Follow up With Field Operations on Daily Network Performance and Management Syestem Data Updates.
  • Follow Up with Operations on Critical Issues in Network. PM, CM, NOC, Fuel, Spares etc.
  • Responsible for reporting Critical incidents of violation of SLAs.
  • NOC Tickets Analysis Reporting.
  • Provides technical expertise of and management of the GNOC operation and staff.
  • Schedules duties hours and timetable of GNOC staff, to have efficient network surveillance and support to Operations team.
  • Prepares SLA reports, root cause and supports the GNOC Manager for communication with the field operations team e.g. SLA violation, penalties etc.
  • Controls GNOC staff for their performance monitoring and career development.
  • Coordinates with the Network Performance and Management Syestem POC’s and proposes changes in procedures, as required.
  • Evaluates existing processes, systems, and identifying potential improvements.
  • Ensures Team receive required training and maintain appropriate qualifications.
  • Responsible for networking issues within the GNOC.
  • Ensuring Mobile Application usage in Operations as per agreed OLA.

Qualifications Requirements

  • More than 5-8 years’ experience in NOC (Active & Passive).
  • Preference will be given to candidates with added experience in Field Operations.
  • Complete Knowledge of Active and Passive Networks.
  • Complete Knowledge of all Power Equipment’s (DG, Rectifiers, Solar, BB, AC, ATS etc.)
  • Complete Knowledge Active Equipment’s (BTS, BSC, MW, MSC).
  • Data analytical capabilities
  • Expert in MS office
  • Strong Reporting and communication Skills.

Education Requirements

  • Minimum Electrical / Electronic/IT/Communications Engineering or equivalent.
