Job Responsibilities:

  • Putting in place a revolutionary brand activation plan that will help us become the first preference of the combat sports and fitness enthusiasts around the Globe. This includes providing forecasts and recommendations, as well as a communication strategy and plan.
  • Build a wow-factor. Our brand activation plan needs to motivate people, so that they engage with our communication strategy, share their experience and without hesitation shall recommend us to their friends and family.
  • Lead, develop and put the brand activation plan into action across various marketing areas.
  • Gather data from across the business, interpret it and turn into meaningful insights to enhance marketing plans across our media mix.
  • Provide investment recommendations throughout the year, based on analysis of performance across media lines, brand health and trading priorities.
  • Put together a robust brand evaluation framework with the Insight and Effectiveness teams and Mediacom.
  • Stay ahead of the game in new and emerging technologies. And use innovative ways of marketing to our customers.
  • Ability to execute projects across our media lines, managing stakeholders’ compliance and legal comments during our sign off process (including internal and external approvals). Make sure the result aligns with the marketing communication objectives.
  • Lead the development of PR, Social and Experiential content, alongside the digital and PR teams.
  • Evolve the annual messaging plan to deliver our positioning as "Top of the line combat sports & fitness products brand", and make sure all activation content and messaging is aligned.
  • Design marketing strategy to generate MQL for trade sales program.
  • Ensure best in class delivery against all agreed plans, including tracking ROI against all initiatives
  • Will be responsible for PnL and revenue targets through allocated sales channels
  • Experience and familiarity with fitness in general and combat sports in particular will be huge plus.

External Communications

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with industry celebrities across the globe.
  • Own relationships with international fitness media for brand and product coverage.
  • Hold limited samples to send out for photo shoots and media coverage.
  • Event sponsorships and management

Skills we are looking for

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies through Facebook, Twitter,Snap Chat, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram & Hubspot.
  • Experience and proven results from Email Marketing & Drip Marketing Campaigns.
  • Experience in inbound marketing and marketing automation.
  • Experience in Influencer marketing
  • Ability to manage operations of branding department.
  • Experience of working with an international ecommerce brand will be a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Brand marketing communications experience
  • Exposure to brand amplification experience is desirable
  • A self-motivated individual who has the ability to generate, filter and prioritize ideas.
  • Ability to matrix manage across functions
