Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and take full ownership of B2B inbound marketing activities, including CRM, B2B eCommerce, PPC, SEO, content, landing pages, and lead generation.
  • Plan and execute B2B inbound marketing campaigns to drive qualified MQLs & SQLs through organic and paid methods (e.g. Google Ads) and meet given targets.
  • Actively create, manage and optimize HubSpot, including automation workflows, email marketing, landing pages, forms, custom reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing & sales data at a granular level to measure performance of inbound campaigns and activity according to KPIs and important metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and discuss plans and strategies over weekly meetings with internal teams as well as the HOD.
  • Perform regular monthly audits to ensure data security, accuracy, compliance and CRM best practices are all met by B2B sales teams.

Required Skill-Set:

  • 4-7 years of total experience in B2B inbound marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation, preferably in a sporting goods manufacturing company.
  • At least 2 years of managing and training a small team of 2-4 members.
  • Experience handling external freelancers or an agency is good to have.
  • Hands-on CRM management and automation experience is a must.
  • Preferably using HubSpot. HubSpot Inbound Marketing OR Inbound Sales certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, or related field.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
  • Attention to details is a differentiating factor we look for.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving mindset.
  • You'll be asked to do a lot of data crunching on a daily basis and come up with insights from raw data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively while ensuring deadlines are met.
