Marketplace Specialist - eBay
This position is to assist the AM Marketplaces to maintain promotions, account health and listing activities related to all eBay channels. Accurate knowledge of our products, Keywords & PPS campaigns, Product search standings, stock level, Product SKUs, utilization of appropriate promotional techniques to improve sales, coordination and researching techniques for improved user experience with our product’s listing are some of the activities this job role performs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Product knowledge is mandatory for this post.
· Product SKUs must be at your fingertips.
· Manage all eBay stores across the globe.
· Run PPS Paid promotions on regular basis.
· Improve shop skin through HTML Coding.
· Maintain HTML files & graphics on relevant server.
· Keep an eye on stock level for each product.
· Maintain account health with top rated seller level.
· Meet sales targets on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
· List products with both methods (buy it now and auction-style)
· Maintain listing badges i.e. eBay premium service, ebayplus and great price.
· Run Coupons and money off promotions if needed.
· All campaigns must be checked on daily basis.
· All Sponsored must be visible in peak hours.
· Coordinate with CS & Compliance department to maintain account health.
· Ensure all promoted items must be error free.
· Add Enhanced Brand Content on all eBay listings
· ACOS for sponsored ads must be less than 10%.
· Study keywords and search standing, bring noticeable improvements.
· Add all possible item specifications in all listings.
