We are seeking a highly motivated Shopify Executive to oversee and optimize our Shopify store operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with product listing, Shopify product excel sheet templates, and store and order management to ensure a seamless and effective e-commerce experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing and Management:
- Create, update, and manage product listings on Shopify.
- Ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing, barcodes, etc.
- Use Shopify product templates excel sheet to maintain consistency across listings.
2. Store Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store, ensuring all functions are running smoothly.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, updating product availability as necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and manage returns and exchanges efficiently.
3. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance store performance and optimize the customer experience.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Manager & Team Lead to align store strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
