Qualification Needed :
- Minimum Matric
- Listening to native English and speaking Fluent and native English is mandatory
Responsibilities include:
- Listening To all calls and assuring quality is maintained
- Make sure all calls are done in accordance with Sops of the company to maintain the standard of calls
- Pointing out any errors or mistakes done at the end of CSR agent to improve the quality of standards
Our Shift Working Timings are:
11:00 pm - 07:00 am
Working Days are Mon-Sat ( 6 days a week)
The position is based in Karachi, Gulistan e johar,
