Requirements :
- ensuring that the proposal is in conformity with the specification
- Technical negotiation with the customer under the supervision of CEO
- Implementation of procurement concept
- preparing the bid/tender for medical equipment
- working effectively to manage the tender process from pre-tender engagement through the submission and post-implementation review
- prepare time schedule and overall planning of the entire project
- ensure the completeness and accuracy of contract
- stay abreast of and communicate any changes in contact
Experience /Qualification :
- Minimum 10 years experience in bidding/tendering field
