Key Tasks
Implement the required configurations on clients’ programs in different platforms
Monitor the customer activities in i2c’s platforms and address any issues related to the program configurations
Prepare Weekly/Monthly reports on program’s growth KPIs and distribute to clients
Develop complete understanding of each program in the portfolio
Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss KPIs, Operational Issues and Publish MOMs for the relevant stakeholders
Coordinate internally with account management team to deliver operational support to clients
Prepare regular reports for internal management on daily/weekly activities
Ensure successful implementations and startup of client’s programs in i2c platforms
Achieve the required technical skills and industry knowledge to ensure optimal client satisfaction
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Provide technical/business support to clients on day-to-day operational challenges and issues
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of technical systems (e.g. Database and Web Applications)
Strong analytical skills and to be able to deduce trends from a dataset
Good working experience with Office tools
