Key Responsibilities: 1. Own the overall success of new client implementations, including time and risk management, resource coordination and project execution.

2. Serve as primary point of contact for the customer throughout the implementation project, and successfully transition the relationship at the end of the project.

3. Assists Sr. Manager Implementations or Project Manager, hereafter called the Manager in planning, monitoring and execution of implementation projects

4. Coordinates with cross-functional teams and drives the entire project lifecycle with a customer-centric view

5. Prepares project schedules and other project artifacts in coordination with the Manager,  and relevant stakeholders

6. Clearly identifies project resources, deliverables, dependencies, timelines and expectations for smooth project execution

7. Coordinates with clients, payment networks, FIs, client facing groups, PMO, Business Analysts etc. to facilitate in gathering, clarification, elaboration and documentation of project requirements

8. Coordinates with relevant stakeholders in requirements change management and ensures that affected plans or artifacts are timely updated and communicated to relevant stakeholders 9. Coordinates and tracks progress with team members comprising diverse organizational units and seniority levels for timely completion of project activities

10. Works closely with team members to ensure that all client requirements are clearly understood and implemented

11. Develops deep understanding of the processes involved in client implementations both within and outside CIG

12. Proactively facilitates in identifying and resolving project issues, risks and conflicts with a positive frame of mind, maintaining a healthy collaborative spirit

13. Effectively communicates with clients, project team and other stakeholders to keep them abreast with project status as per their relevance and business needs, using the most suitable channels available

14. Serves as a key driver to reach an early go-live for assigned clients

15. Collects, compiles, analyzes and reports project and process data to facilitate the stakeholders in making informed decisions about projects and process improvement

16. Facilitates in compliance and process assurance related to assigned projects

17. May be assigned on multiple projects

Required Qualifications and Competencies Education: A degree in computer science, software engineering, IT or equivalent. An additional business degree would be considered a plus

Experience: 4-6 years experience in software engineering or software quality assurance with at least 2+ years in project management
