  • Organize, Attend/manage meetings, take notes and circulate minutes and follow-up on action items to closure.Quick learning ability.Should be able to observe, detect and highlight data anomalies, exception or omissions and prepare exception reports.
  • Capable of quickly learning usage of applications such as:Project Management – Xplanner Ticket Tracking – OTRS Content Management - AlfrescoVersion Control - SVNBugs Tracking - Test Director, Quality Center. Excellent documentation skills with ability to clearly record and present current and proposed processes.Ability to organize and report information in a logical and presentable manner

1st Quarter Goals:

  • Learn and become proficient in company process, procedures, tools and ways of working.Should be able extract, compile and report periodic KPIs, under guidance
  • Should be able independently review and report user activities, exceptions
  • Suggest improvements in processes and tools to efficiently eliminate exceptions and wastes.Should be able to complete assigned tasks with minimal guidance and review
