• Assist Project Manager in Resource and Task Planning
  • Xplanner review and reporting for over/under planned resource
  • Assist Project Manager in task and resource follow-up
  • Keep Track of teams, attendance and leaves and highlight exceptions
  • Assist Project Manager in review and monitoring of OTRS tickets, Deployment forms, adherence for laid down processes.
  • Attend team, management and client meeting, take notes and circulate minutes
  • Assist Project Manager in implementation of RPC plan in release plan, preparing exception list
  • Keeping Xplanner status updated on a daily basis to ensure up to date date for Management reporting

We are looking for:

  • Minimum Education: BCS / MCS
  • Experience: 1 Year(Prior experience of coordinating tasks and management of resources is desirable.)

Skills:

  • Prior experience of coordinating tasks and management of resources is desirable.
  • Command over office applications.
  • IT qualification background would be a plus.
  • Should be proactive and a keen learner.
  • Responsive and good communication skills.
