- Assist Project Manager in Resource and Task Planning
- Xplanner review and reporting for over/under planned resource
- Assist Project Manager in task and resource follow-up
- Keep Track of teams, attendance and leaves and highlight exceptions
- Assist Project Manager in review and monitoring of OTRS tickets, Deployment forms, adherence for laid down processes.
- Attend team, management and client meeting, take notes and circulate minutes
- Assist Project Manager in implementation of RPC plan in release plan, preparing exception list
- Keeping Xplanner status updated on a daily basis to ensure up to date date for Management reporting
We are looking for:
- Minimum Education: BCS / MCS
- Experience: 1 Year(Prior experience of coordinating tasks and management of resources is desirable.)
Skills:
- Prior experience of coordinating tasks and management of resources is desirable.
- Command over office applications.
- IT qualification background would be a plus.
- Should be proactive and a keen learner.
- Responsive and good communication skills.
