We are hiring Assitant HR Manager (Male) for our UK based Software House in UK time zone(1:00PM- 10:00 PM ) preferable working experiance in software houses
Job Description:
1. Work on workforce management which includes manpower planning in accordance with higher management, organograms, workforce structure, and talent pool for critical positions.
2. Manage technical recruitment & selection process completely from talent hunt to on-boarding and constantly look for improvements according to best market practices.
3. Prepare rigorous recruitment & selection SOPs.
4. Help administer the background check process, employee referral program.
5. Suggesting OD Interventions for Strategy, Structure, System & people change
6. Develop Departmental Structures & Job Descriptions, KPI’s aligned to Corporate & business Strategy.
7. Assist in overall function of HR in accordance with departmental SOPs
8. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
9. Responsible for completing all the documents before joining an incumbent and manage offer process, reference checks and salary recommendations.
Ensures selection process and documentation are in compliance with legal requirements and professional standards.
10. Responsible for the job design and job changes for new and currently employees.
11.Regularly meet with employees for progressive reviews and discussing grievances they may have.
