We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support managers with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Assist managers with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Manage and organize emails, draft, review, and respond to correspondence as needed
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and internal communication
Support general office operations to ensure a smooth and effective work environment
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Fresh Intermediate/ Graduate
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to maintain confidentiality
