• Follow-up for any enquiries Facebook, Google forms, Wordpress, WhatsApp, Phone calls and emails.
  • Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
  • Provide assistance with student interviews, and information sessions.
  • Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.
  • Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees.
  • Participate in all events, weekly meetings, open houses, school/college distributions, information sessions, exhibitions.
  • Maintain a database of student information, Fee schedule, telephone logs, student feedbacks, results making.
  • Develop innovative communication strategies, Admission strategies and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enrol more students.
  • Provide support to the Senior Admission Counsellor/Manager when needed.
