- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the client services/accounts team and relevant business units to define, develop, shape and refine requirements for multiple products
- Define, prioritize, and clarify user stories; working with other Product Owners/Business Analysts to understand use cases, features, business & technical domain rules and overall product goals
- Work with engineering teams to continuously improve product ownership and other agile processes
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to run successful Release Planning and Sprint Planning sessions, as well as Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Maintain the functional quality of the work being delivered by setting and evaluating expectations and acceptance criteria
- Establish goals and metrics to measure effectiveness after release; monitor and report on progress
- Produce technically focused user stories, and collaborate with engineers, testers and architects to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Build and groom product backlog(s), creating vertically sliced user stories in accordance with best practices
- Create and groom short, medium and long-term product roadmaps and get internal agreement with key stakeholders
- Own and maintain product documentation
- Responsible for executing the product vision and gaining product success
- Liase with account managers and relevant stakeholders to gather requirements
- Use various techniques to gather user needs and business goals, including requirement elicitation workshops, mockups, wireframing, etc.
- Identifying products/product features, opportunities and key value-drivers that could be of strategic importance
- Continuously challenge the ways of working to ensure continuous improvement within the team
- Helping the Scrum Master with Agile improvement initiatives across IBEX
- Work with the scrum master to manage the agile delivery of the software elements of projects in line with specifications set by Account Managers/Project Managers in order to meet customer requirements in a timely and efficient manner, delivering maximum business value through minimally viable features regularly via iterations and increments of software
- Liaise with Account Managers to assess project requirements and draw up specifications in order to have clear plans and deliverables in place
