1. Excellent network troubleshooting skills. Must be able to quickly identify and resolve network related issues in smallest possible time.
  2. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to clearly interact with the customer, understand the requirements and communicate with the off-shore team. Must be able to participate and represent the team in Change and Incident management meetings.
  3. CCNP or higher Certification is preferred.
  4. Troubleshoot Routing Loop
  5. Troubleshoot Asymmetric Routing & STP Loop issues
  6. Troubleshoot Load Balancers issues for Application flow.
  7. Working on all applications such as SAP, Citrix, etc & call center issues
  8. Working on Palo Alto related issues
  9. Analyzing the outputs of all the tools and making recommendations example: High CPU utilization on core device at Data Center
  10. Implementation of Operational Changes & coordination with project team for project related Changes.
  11. Assigning new users in guest VLAN
  12. Configuring/Troubleshooting Routing protocols – EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
  13. Configuring/Troubleshooting LAN Switching – VLAN, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, CoS
  14. Qos Quality of service configuration
  15. Configuring/Troubleshooting WAN – MPLS, MPLS/VPN, MP-BGP
  16. Configuring/Troubleshooting TCP/IP protocol suite, Quality of Service
  17. Configuring/Troubleshooting Application protocols - HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSL etc.
  18. Configuring/Troubleshooting Network Security - IPSec VPN, AAA Architecture, TACACS+, RADIUS
  19. Support Data Center Architecture – Network, Server, Storage
  20. Configuring/Troubleshooting of Cisco Catalyst 6500 and other Catalyst Series switches
  21. Cisco Nexus 7K switches
  22. Configuring/Troubleshooting of Cisco Routers 3800, 3900, 7600 Series
  23. Configuring/Troubleshooting Cisco IOS Software
  24. Configuring/Troubleshooting of WAN Acceleration/optimization – Cisco WAAS
  25. Conduct technical trainings to internal resources
