For this job role, you will be expected to provide satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of customer queries through means of written and verbal communications and a positive attitude. The Social Media Coordinator within the Operations department will assist customers with their questions, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query.

Job Description

  • Oversee social media accounts management
  • Coordinate social media messaging with company goals
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Maintaining Service Level

Job Specifications

  • Excellent communication skills (English verbal and written)
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
  • Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
  • Must be flexible to work in shifts
  • Undergraduate or above
