Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible to meet monthly targets of recruiting the required headcount for each vacant job position assigned to the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Sourcing eligible candidates with the right skill set, Conducting screening interviews, and scheduling on-site assessments.
- Supervising on-site assessment by the job applicants.
- Documentation for each recruit as per the HR Guidelines.
- Representing ibex in Job Fairs based on the requirement.
